Grand Master In Kee Hong was born in Seoul, Korea in 1955. He started training at the age of 13 in Seoul, Korea. He participated in many different tournaments and received many placements during middle school to military service time. He has taught Tang Soo Do in the USA Military at Yong San Base in Seoul, Korea. He has also taught Tang Soo Do to the Korean Air Force during his service time in Korea.

Grand Master In Kee Hong moved to the United States in 1978 and started teaching Tang Soo Do in the USA. Since beginning his teaching in America, he has given clinics in the United States and other countries and has taught and demonstrated techniques worldwide.
